All our Giza Copper Pyramids work well for sitting (seated meditation). Want to use a pillow? Concerned about head room? Want the option to lie down and stretch out? Still, it needs to work with your available floor space. You can find required floor space by following the link to a pyramid’s details page. Scroll down and we’ve outlined how larger sizes offer more options.
Gizas for Sitting
All Giza pyramids are suitable for sitting, However, the Giza 38 has very little clearance. In the picture above (black and white), I am seated on the floor. There is certainly no room for adding pillows. For those with longer torsos (or who intend to use pillows), we recommend the 42-Inch Apex Giza or larger. For those who want the option of using a chair for meditation, consider Giza 61 or Giza 71. Below are bullets offering a general rule for each pyramid. However, to be clear of making the right choice for pyramid size to accomodate your seated height, please use our method for checking your height while seated.
