The top of the pyramid stands about 61 inches above the floor, while the base of the pyramid measures about 9 feet on each side. Includes rubber end caps. The Giza 61 works well for supine position (lying down fully in any direction), seated meditation postures (with room for pillows), meditation in a standard chair, and will work for most yoga postures.
