The sacral chakra is chakra is located below the navel and represents creativity and sexual energy. A poorly managed sacral chakra can lead to a lack of (or repressed) creativity, sexuality, poor intimacy, and emotional isolation. Bottom to top are: Red Jasper, Carnelian, Fire Agate, Gold Stone, Orange Calcite, Sunstone, and Peach Moonstone. Capstone Plate and Capstones are sold separately.
The Flow of Svadhisthana
The sacral chakra, Svadhisthana, shimmers like an orange sunrise just below the navel. It is the sacred river of feeling, creativity, and desire, guiding us to move with the currents of life rather than against them. Within this chakra lies our ability to create, to feel joy, and to embrace intimacy with ourselves and with others.
Svadhisthana means “sweetness” or “dwelling in the self.” Its element is water, flowing and adaptive, teaching us that emotions are not to be clutched or feared but experienced like waves rising and falling.
