The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest. It deals with love, self-love, and is our guide in relationships. Poorly managed, it can lead to depression, difficulty in our relationships, and lack of personal resolve. The Sacred Chamber of Anahata
The heart chakra, Anahata, is the sacred chamber of love that dwells within the center of the chest. It is the quiet flame that bridges earth and sky, body and spirit, self and the infinite.
