Why meditate under a copper pyramid when you can sleep under a copper pyramid? Maybe, when processing and clearing energy, we let the unconscious do some of the heavy lifting. 😁

Copper Pyramid Over Bed

Seriously, great things can happen under a pyramid while sleeping. Our bodies remain responsive. While it doesn’t replace conscious processing (i.e. meditation), it IS amazing. One of the many copper pyramid benefits is having the option to sleep under it.

Copper Pyramids Over Beds. Why?

When we speak of ‘pyramid over bed’ we mean all-encompassing (above, right). Yes, you CAN hang a pyramid above your bed, and this works fine as a ‘pyramid in proximity’ however it does not offer the same level of experience. A pyramid in proximity is any pyramid structure nearby (on a table, hanging from the ceiling, etc). We build the larger pyramids that can encompass you completely while you sleep such as the Giza 71 copper pyramid, which allows the body to remain fully inside the field overnight. An all-encompassing pyramid will work on many levels as you sleep. Your body will benefit though you will not be particularly conscious of it (revitalization, processing, deeper integration of subtle bodies, chakra cleansing and clearing…).

Frequently Asked Questions

Before we explore combinations of beds and pyramids, we’d like to address some questions that are often asked in regard to pyramids and beds:

  • Is it safe? Yes, it is energetically safe to sleep under a pyramid. However, some users initially find sleep difficult due to an excessive re-energizing.
  • Is there a special place inside the pyramid? No, it’s same throughout.
  • Can I place it on stilts or hang it from above? No, these pyramids will collapse.

Copper Pyramid Over Bed -Choices

There are four choices (solutions) available when setting up a pyramid over a bed. We’ve provided a diagram for each solution, along with charts showing bed size, bed height allowance and pyramid sizes. The bed heights that are listed in the charts below assume a four-inch clearance. See bed height "A" below:

Sleeping Under a Pyramid - Bed Height

For example, a pyramid over a bed with a height listed at (26" or lower) will have a clearance of four inches where or it would otherwise come into contact with the side of the bed. See setup scenarios 1—4 below:

1. Pyramid Over Bed: Inside, Parallel:

Copper Pyramid Over Bed - Horizontal, Enclosed
 King / Queen – Standard (76W 80L)

 Double / Twin – Standard (60W 80L)

2. Pyramid Over Bed: Past, Parallel:

3. Pyramid Over Bed: Inside, Diag.:

4. Pyramid Over Bed: Past, Diag.:

For most full-bed configurations, the Giza 71 is the most accommodating option, while the Giza 61 works well in tighter rooms.

Sleeping under a copper pyramid is a gentle but persistent practice that works best over time. While the experience is often subtle, understanding what to expect using a pyramid over a bed helps set realistic expectations and encourages consistency, allowing the pyramid’s field to support restoration, balance, and deeper integration night after night.
